WD Blues don't have built in SSDs.
Additionally, while the drive Emewn linked is a 7200 RPM drive, not all of them are. You don't want to be stuck with a 5400 RPM drive, so be sure you check what speed the drive you buy spins at. I personally won't put anything less than a WD Black or Red series drive in a machine that will get used for anything more intensive than a facebook/email machine, and even those will get a small SSD for the boot drive.
