My opinion is if the items are more than 33% sure to drop than im assuming they are pretty easy to get outside of the happy hours. Whats the problem with them not dropping for 3 hours?

Its not really for a skin its just to experiment a little with the image boards on qedit. I dont know anything about skinning ^.^ And yes i have the plugins for DDS for PS guess ill try and get this working then.

Well i have a question that im hopping some of you can enlight me. How can i convert a regular image (lets say .bmp) file to one .xvr? It seems we have to convert to a .DDS file first but since i dont understand any of this tech thingies i thought i might ask. I did search forums and google and found some things but i think its always from .XVR from .DDS. So... Help? Thanks in advance. (it seems skinners work with these files a bit so )
