    Welcome! Having just finished failing to kill my party with a 300 gnolls vs. 100 kobolds + a few NPCs + party, it's always nice to see someone else who likes D&D around.

    Which brings up a curiosity that comes up now and then. PoD has a high Shambertin spawn rate... What spawns Saint Million at all reliably?

    Just to confirm, Ultimate difficulty? Faster, but TTFU has many, many, many more of almost any given monster, and the shortcut monsters are still viable ways to skip ahead for the stuff to farm. Only the caves really get slower.

    For all the buzz about unlocking the L&K38's combos... has there been a suggestion to simply up its amount of shots instead? Four barrels would make me think a good upgrade is eight shots, personally.

    Added! Though I don't see much synergy between it and any other drops, nor do I know any quests that are particularly heavy in the Gibbles count to suggest.

    Seems like this has devolved into "Disgruntled players vs Ultima Staff", so here's my two cents. I've been a forum mod. I've been a staff member for a gaming website. I've looked over chat logs to scour for evidence and offenses, hosted servers for games and had to judge things concerning nitpicky differences about fair play for everyone, pushed too far over little things... a fair few things staff members here seem to have to do, too. Larva, I'm not fond of you. You appear inconsistent as could be about activity and care, and I fundamentally begrudge anyone at the top of a ladder who doesn't show more zeal for their job than the people they lead. However, you also have one of the most thankless kinds of jobs in a situation like these as head of operations, and have shown you're not simply out to trample over others by acting immediately on whims, despite having little concern about stepping on toes. (And let's be frank, a few of the most popular people here have as little concern about the same thing, so it's not an insult.) As much evidence, theorycrafting, and feedback has been given by people who recognize the many strengths and few balance issue weaknesses the weapon has, I'm sure you and whatever number of staff members you talk with have enough to go by to avoid over- or under-tweaking the weapon. You can probably tell, the community cares about balance and fun. Please try not to leave them out of the equation about things like this; small communities thrive on transparency. As for the weapon itself: Please don't Water Gun down the Swan. Your community clearly has a lot invested in it.

    Hidden gem right here. Perhaps equipment that strengthens as the wielder's HP drops could negate regen while worn?

    After finally tracking down a run of the full quest (Thanks, @R-78 !) it does look like a good team of four would have an easier time rushing Epsilon through Weather Effects, and it'd be much more rookie-friendly. This one's gonna end up split for the hosting ID. Skyly for many more SJS chances, Greenill for C/Battle focus.

    https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/wiki/item/&id=00070D Rianov 303SNR-5 looks like an old fashioned military rifle of sorts that pierces with its bullets. If it's the one, you're looking at a 1/102 Greenill chance of it dropping from Shambertin, one of three of Episode 4's big bossses. The most common one from the Point of Disaster quest.

    I love your signature cat. EDIT: Just got Mother Garb+ from Dorphon as Pinkal, so that's a confirmed normal drop. EDIT2: That reminded me of Parts of Baranz from Purplenum during a TTF. Also added!

    Nice! If Yellow drops it, too, that'd make Yellowboze a fantastic Episode 4 event farmer. C/battle from Kondy, and a great table all around anyway.

    I suggested it before too, once upon a time ago! :V I just figured V802 having a boost to tech speed equal to what C/Battle does for attack speed might be counter-intuitive outside of Episode 4, since only insanely expensive fully stacked FO can get their techs to match a good RA or HU's output over crowds. So a more ADEPT-ish boost still stands out to me.
