that has happened to me several times during those Government quests at least I managed to get my mag to level 50 though (and a couple Rares as well lol)So it didn't bug me much

I want to unlock the remaining quests in the main story but no matter where I look I can't find the NPC that gives you the goverment quests, am I doing anything wrong? (I beat all the starting quests so far)
