You have to do the Government quests in episode 1 first to do them all. Any difficulty normal play mode (not challenge or single player) Go to the girl with pink mittons in Tyrell's office and she will give you the quests. We gave you guys a warning almost 2 months ago Topic: http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/6947-lk-no-combo/ If we make LK 38 a ranger weapon only then it kills the balancing idea. LK 38 is a mech with long range, high damage and pretty much murders anything when you point it at something. So even on a RA it is a op weapon and de-balances the game. Giving hunters a different Mech-Gun to use yet again goes back on what we are trying to do. We are trying to make the game balanced as in Hunters are meant for melee, Rangers meant for range, and forces support. So doing Niyuki's idea would just unbalance things again.

He was already rolled back xD He wont have the items on him since he was transfering them from his other characters. His characters are no longer bugged just itemless from the transfering and getting bugged

If the character gets rolled back so does that characters bank so yes it did get rolled back To get the items back it is going to take us a bit of time since I am pretty sure everyone is asleep right now lol Post pics for the items missing that you have not already
