do either of those quest's offer quest items?

I just wanted to say HI! i'm not new to PSO but i am new to this PSO BB Ultima and i had a few questions that i just couldn't find the answers too and i was hoping that somebody would be able to answer them for me or link me to the right place. 1)there seems to be a small delay in me pressing actions/items spawning/picking them up. is that my internet or a setting that i can change to make it run a bit better up to speed. my internet runs at about 2.4 MBs a sec and other games (fallout 3 and new vegas,sims 3 and 4 and PvZ garden warfare to name a few) run just fine if that info helps any. 2) is there a quick select for my weapons like there was on the GC version? if i have to hit F2 everytime i wanna change weapons it's gonna make certain boss battles much harder cuz i wont be switching weapons on the fly. 3) would the guides on gamefaqs (for the GC version) still work for this one? like if i wanted to go and look up some quest faqs or mag feeding guide or mat usage or drop tables would those still be valid or is there some on here for them? i remember some of them gave secret items if you did somethings (like the frying pan and the quest to get some material in the caves to make a weapon) and i just wanna be able to do them the best and get the best things. 4)are the drops in one player mode different then the ones you get if you make a room with a bunch of people? like off line mode for the GC had different drops then going and playing online on the GC. 5)would anybody be able to link me to a page or something that has all the stuff that was added and how to get them? like i saw a topic earlier that said something about a tablet mag and something about a "proof of sonic team" to make something else but i have no idea what that is. thanks alot for any answers thats you guys will be able to give me and if i have anymore questions i will ask here. thanks again and please be patient with this half noob it's been many a years since i played PSO.
