I can't make a table for every timezone, I honestly don't see how this is hard to convert a time from CET to your local time, and I tried to make it as readable as possible by adding the sheet time below and indicators at current day and hour.
But whatever, feel free to tag/ask any other GM to do it for another timezone.
I would just like to point out that there was a large majority of Happy hours from 6pm to 9pm CST time, and that european people don't complain about it. (1am to 4am in Europe)
(And yeah, I literally woke up and started one at 7 am my time today just in order to maintain the balance)

Yes, that's why I suggested for it to hypothetically be maintained by a North American GM.
I've heard from multiple people that share the same sentiment — it would be nice to look at a table without having to do calculations. Just a suggestion. c:
I'm definitely not complaining about the HH distribution tho, I think the GM team is doing a great job in regards to that. Thank youuuu~

It's a false positive. Don't worry, it's completely safe. It has to do with the way the client scans some files that are on your pso folder to make the game work, making your antivirus assuming its a virus/trojan/etc based on its behaviour (i'm not an expert on the area, but other people can explain you in a more detailed and accurate way, but the idea is that).
It happened to me some weeks ago. My windows defender started to getting triggered by it for some reason. My bet is that it has to do with a patch or an update of the game in a few weeks or months ago. Just add an exception to your PSO folder and you'll be fine.
As i said, don't worry with it. Completely harmless. If it had virus on it, nobody would be playing PSO in ultima these days lol
