I meant no drops at all, but after thinking about it I realized I was just a massive idiot and forgot Rappys don't drop items when they "die" the first time and only drop them after you smack their ass when they get back up again. I had been ignoring that aspect when hunting cause I didn't care about the regular drops and it slipped my mind so RIP those two presents I guess.

Is there some sort of bug with Happy Hour and rare enemy drops? I was farming for St Rappy Christmas Presents and managed to get 2 to spawn while a HH was going on and got nothing both times. As far as I'm aware the drop rate is normally 7/8 so wouldn't happy hour all but guarantee a drop? Even then getting a 1/8 proc twice in a row seems a bit odd as well (though admittedly not impossible).
