so from what i see is that mags give you the ata on the odd lvls right? or am i wrong. so it seems it would be a waste of a lvl making dex even in the end?

so yeah not 100% sure when it happened believe i just gave it to one of my other chars and when i looked at it again it was a churel. would really like the pretra back.....
