I'm pretty sure it is, I think I saw something like that earlier. But just in case, how do I change it to the correct setting?

I just downloaded PSO Ultima, registered and logged in and whenever I keep trying to create a character it doesn't let me type a name in. I can't even start the game, anyone know what I can do to fix this?
