Difficulty has been raised but so have the drops and exp. It's definitely worth it in the long run

Ok, hello all! I have a quick question! I've seen when people refer to RR they use terms like min, mid and Max and I know they are referring to the DFP/EVP stats so my question is this, how are they making the claim to which theirs is? What's the minimum stats for it and the maximum stats for it? I've looked and have seen nothing about RR stats here but I have looked on pso-world and it says the ring has static stats that are the same across RR. Has this server changed that? I'd greatly appreciate an answer here
