    How about saying after a particular hunting time, one should have >50% chance to get at least one drop?

    Assume 15 mins per pod (ofc some ppl can do it faster, but I believe 15 mins is fast enough especially if wc/coffee/cigarette break are taken into account)

    If the rate is 1/500, one needs 347 runs to have more than 50% rate getting at least one drop. That's like 87 hours or more than 2 weeks full time hunting.

    1-(1-1/500)^347=50.07%

    For 1/700, one needs 485 runs, which is 121 Hr or 3 weeks full time hunting.

    1-(1-1/700)^485=50.01%

    How much time does people need to work for earning 150 USD/dts to buy a STA? Obviously 1/500 or 1/700 is way too low.

    The percentage 1.9531250% is shown as this: 1-9531250/10000000. This equates into 1-61/64 which if you do maths you get 125/64 which equates into your 1.95. So the rate is actually about 2/64 if you round up, multiply that by 3 you get 6/192.

    Without our 3x drops you can expect something around 2/64 with a last year's drops as you stated with the picture, with the multiplier you can expect a 6/192 drop rate, which doesn't really improve anything drastically to be frank.

    This is off topic. But multiply 2/64 by 3 is not 6/192 but 6/64.

    I don't think rare monster boost is a big deal. ofc it is not good for STA hunting, but you can always hunt something else like AS, Nakas, D-core.
    There may also be lots of new comers who are not able to hunt in ult now hunting materials and PC. This event is not only STA for high-end players.

    i think the drop rate for yellowboze AS is broke because ive killed over 750 goran dets and nothing has dropped, where on other ids they seem easier

    It reminds me once it said c/battle dropped from Yellowboze girtablulu in summer event, turned out to be gratia :onion101:
