I've been signed up and playing PSOBB on Ultima for about a year now. Thanks for all you guys do in keeping it running. My wife had an account in the past but it apparently got deleted (the website didn't even recognize her email address anymore.) We just re-registered her about 30 minutes ago, but when we attempt to log in the game for her it says Invalid Username or Password. I verified her username is correct, and we used the PSOCP to reset her password to make sure she was remembering it correctly. She still gets invalid password/username error. Is there a time we have to wait after registration before she can log in to play, or is this potentially another issue? Thanks
