For me i feel i have hit a stalemate in progression , and this can only be resolved with a change in the way the server is going in. I wish all those that ive had the pleasure of hunting with all the best , and perhaps i may see you in a challenge mode from time to time . OH and by the way SS sucks!

Would be very surprised if its not all ID's . The item is cosmetic and shows team flag

many reason i could personaly think of . 1. Same reports every year same drop enemy every year. 2.False reporting due to trolls dropping items or players not realizing what enemy it came from. 3.Only a small percentage would report and would be same people / perhaps had enough of repeating them selves for likes. 4. Compiled updates sometimes would take a while so your scrolling thorough x amount of replies for a id. 5. Most just check the lists from years past or year before as they are all ready id saves wasting time and concentrate on getting said item. But thats my thoughts. Plus there is nothing stopping you from creating a thread to compile excavations for your own interest. If you so wish to.

I personally only find it chopping at the intro and lobby, but not actually inside a room and playing the game or anything. Firstly you can check , find a build you think will suit you. As a fresh player i would advise the adept plan. Second : Mag is important will be most of your power raise to 200 Third : Devil/Demon weapons ,Frozen Shooter ,Spread Needle and a Hell Partisan these are your staple weapons . Unit V502 (couple pds trade) Fourth @lv101 You can play story mode which is under single player mode (can unlock strange sightings easy to hunt frozen shooters just dont complete will lock else until all government done just /lobby ) , to unlock more story you do multiplayer government Quest (complete each zone Forest rewarded with hit weapon complete mines reward hit weapon ) these are lower health than multi player . EP4 single player Pioneer spirit here you can get 2 npc to help you , just dont let them die. Experience is abit higher , again lower hp on enemy. All ways keep shifta / deband up and Zalure on enemy , Jellen to stop damage taken Hope this helps.

Cant see it being used on any thing else , kind of pointless the enemy dropping said item with desired 90 hit to make 100 hit idea is to hunt that enemy drop , not short cut with 9* 80 + weapons easier to hunt down. Plus ctu RNG and the bone badge exchange would help swap the rng on weapons special given.

I could see type weapons being made this way , the sunset quest line and hearts of ID can be a long process especially getting id that have done it to tag along, to speed it up. Possible swap in for type/me type/sh etc Then use bone badges to add specials to types separated in 3 tiers , tier 1 buy with gold tier 2 buy with silver and tier 3 bronze. As to not make it easy a Claires deal hand in , So to make your type saber with stats of desired 9* , you will need to hand in a pallasch of each element thunder blizzard Hell etc . then once that completed your 9* desired stat exchange can happen.

just my 2 pence. suppressed gun is easily obtainable and with hit if quest Easter egg done correct , the badges as i know where for GM exchange event off peak. As for handing badges in for heaven striker would it not just yield a 0 stat weapon like black paper does??, and a item to hunt on ep4 no longer needed . Again Vjaya is given with hit from quest rewards 40 i believe , diska has a use Rainbow baton as does handgun Egg blaster . only saber and gungnir that has no combiner. Perhaps the badges could be used to change the saber or gungnir.

Only thing i cant see in your check list is Graphics>fog Effect (i use vertex fog) I know the fog emulation was issue with lag in areas perhaps this may need a tweek only suggestion i can think of
