Haha, i was in a room running PTS on purple. The host left and it ended up white. Ran it, and it dropped. 100% guaranteed. well not 100% guaranteed to drop, but it can!

This is correct, had it drop on Whitehill a couple times. Feels like a a better drop rate, but who knows.
