      It's not all that hard to get tp mats. You can get them in several ways. Easiest is Christmas Catastrophe quest (ep 1 vr) rewards 2 mats of your choice on completion in vhard or ult. IDS quest (ep1 ultima) has fixed boxes at the end with 2 tp and 2 luck mats and is very good quest for hunting mines enemies. You can win them from Gallon's Roulette with lucky coins from the phantasmal world quests in ep2 which are good for hunting lots of things, in ult every player gets 1xPlayerCount coins, so 4 coins each with 4p for 16 total (I made a ton of tp mats myself by doing lots of pw3 for pbc drops in summer). You also can win one from the Forest Offensive extra simulator at the end if you are 1st player slot 1/3 chance (return to forest after dragon, computer in 2nd room), which is a pretty good quest for hunting hilde and bringers, fairly nice spread needle hunt if you can't manage sim2.0. Then there is the Rappy's Holiday switch minigame, which sucks and is slow, tedious, and very annoying. Finally it may be possible to win them in beak's cafe using ma3 tickets, but I have not confirmed this one myself.
