i've tried these. gettin diff trojans now and still wont load up..

lol i'm not quitting. i just gotta figure out how to let me load game up. i get a black screen then it closes me out of game before anything loads. i just don't get why it's giving me this random trojan now when it never did before.

i click on my PSOBB.exe and get this. BitDefender has blocked a virus! Virus Name: Trojan.Generic.12209368 Accessed By: Accessing Process Location: D:\Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst\PsOBW.pat the file could not be disinfected and has been deleted. WTF?!

i did the government quests now i'm doing the hunter guild quests. i did the quests to turn enemy parts into weapons.. i'm trying to join WEAPON but i can't redo quest cuz i already did them for the above fact. and to get the prize from joining i have to redo the first quest again to talk to the boss, is it impossible to get the wepon in blue burst? same for getting soul eater but i told sue my name.. and finally i read to go to a different difficulty and quest will be open, i completed these quest in normal but when i go to hard and very hard they are still completed. wtf do i do? i don't understand..

idk what i did but i got the keyboard workin again. but now i have a new damn issue that i can't fix. for some reason i open game, get to the press enter screen, i hit enter and screen goes black but i still have sound like it's running i just can't see anything. got to lvl 20 last night and now i can't play cuz the black screen. suggestions? EDIT: i fixed the black screen, just changed resolution. but why does my controller only let me normal attack? i cant strong attack or use spells or anything with it.

yes Better DS3 is the program. i just don't understand how everyone else uses the ps3 controller for it and it works and they can also use the keyboard but i get this stupid issue that i can't find anything on it in google.

i was playing usin keyboard and mouse then someone told me i can use my ps3 controller. so i dl better ds3 and whatnot but there is no save profile button. so i give up. go back into game and it lets me use the controller but i can't use my keyboard at all so i can't log in. anyway to set it back to keyboard?
