Np you can 80hit them easily and problem solved, well i bet 30hit up will be more than enough tbh. Hucast ATA isn't that bad, also remember you have ft that reduces enemy's evp, so basically they indirectly have more ata than fleshy hunters. The thing is that with those mg you aren't using a special to attack but just n/h attacks, so ata is not really a problem

i like some of the changes you proposed (many of the ones that favor force and expecially the one that stop racism against hunewearl) but many of the others feels like you are basically making hunter a ranger with more atp, like the samba maracas with rifle range, give them to an hucast with shifta lvl 30, he has like 300 more atp than racast, and this atp boosted by shifta will get him like the damage of a racast with 0% psycho raven on rifle range (a bit less if i did well calculations). Just remember that hucast has WAY too much atp on his own. Also i'd like a lot more quests on this server (expecially ep1 and ep2 good quests) other than items. Anyways thanks a lot for all you did for us ( and for all the mesetas you gave me lol) i really appreciated many of your trolls on people lol

Last year purple was something like 1/145 or 1/154 i can't remember. Sskyly was way higher, i can't really remember the correct rate. if it's like last yeat, purple should have the best rate by far.

Once you will be high level,materialed and with the right mag and have your atp maxed/almost maxed, if you can't get a dm you can go for a baranz launcher 50 hit and/or charge arms 50 hit, they're pretty cheap and will do the work till you don't get a dm/iron faust, they're also situationally better than dm, to use them be sure the monsters are frozen, it will lower their evp and you will not have problems hitting them, also you need a good melee weapon for lizard in desert (they can be really annoying without it) as cheap options you can use an ultima reaper without hit with normal/hard attacks or a charge partisan 50 hit, the best are ultima reaper with hit for hell or excalibur with high hit though. Then you will need zalure weapons (shot/rifle) , arrest weapons (spred needle or arrest needle), hell weapons (rifle 50 hit is relatively easy to get and does his work very well with a v502, hell needle or type sh/shot etc), demon weapons (ya9k demon is the best, but to start you can get a bringers rifle 50 hit) charge yas9k/psycho raven/heaven striker for massive single target damage (50hit charge mechguns are very cheap and good for starting) also heaven striker you will be the weapon you use when you want to clean something fast or to shoot traps, frozen shooter with some hit to freeze stuff. Remember that your traps expecially freeze ones are your best friend. Abuse as them as much as you can . _.b

Another thing is that, many srank weapons are way less usefull here cause of high monster evp (the buff is quite big expecially in ep2), but in this server you can add special to many weapons that doesn't have one, like ya9k, yas7, all type m weapons using 10 donation tickets. Another thing you can do with donation tickets, is adding hit to weapons and also adding other %s. Other than buying items from the donation list (most of times not worth it cause of high price) and buying things from other players ingame.
