Once i go to gamestart it starts to patch then i get a error which says (No903) Patch Sever connection failed The server may be under maintenance Please check the current news update of the website

Hello My in-game name Is Tifa and i don't remember my log information.. to the game. and i tried to to recover by emails, but i only use to two emails. and the website says they have no record of neither. what do i do??? also question. Does the ingame account different from the fourms??
