The thing is, Wedding dress has been buffed on this server and is now wearable by both males and females; a lot of the information on PSO - World applies to "Vanilla-Pso" i.e. the original version of PSO. So it wouldn't be the same WD that was the reward for the beak's cafe. As for it being there, I guess it's just part of the quests you can actually do. Also I don't seem to recall a Max Attack 3 on there o.o
