      Hmm, depends on how much percentage. I honestly would think it shouldn't be more than 2% otherwise too many weapons on the server would have hit. Also if the gain was too high the value of a PS would drop.

    How many pow mats should hucast use with using adept smartlink v502 cent battle and mag 145 50 ?

      cent/battle+adept leaves you -43 atp off max..... also you would only need a 45 dex mag for adept, and the mats are pretty much just max luck rest pow

      if you use cent/battle+cent/arms, you can go 115 pow mats 35 luck mats, with a tricky 6/178/16/0 mag, or custom 3/182/15/0 mag to be -7 atp or completely maxed.       no soly is wrong even then it wont run you need to disable avast till system restart then reinstall psobb THEN it will start once you reboot disable it so psobb will run iv found this works and for some reason ... exceptions wont matter with this game idk why .. its .. veary odd

      well.. after he did what i said it worked...

      maybe your issue is that you are installing after one of the latest updates of avast (me, yeah it happened to me, never added anything to exceptions until this avast crap and i guess hyo had the game already installed).

      And the exceptions matter, no matter what program it is... if the exceptions does nothing then is not the antivirus.
