      no soly is wrong even then it wont run you need to disable avast till system restart then reinstall psobb THEN it will start once you reboot disable it so psobb will run iv found this works and for some reason ... exceptions wont matter with this game idk why .. its .. veary odd

      well.. after he did what i said it worked...

      maybe your issue is that you are installing after one of the latest updates of avast (me, yeah it happened to me, never added anything to exceptions until this avast crap and i guess hyo had the game already installed).

      And the exceptions matter, no matter what program it is... if the exceptions does nothing then is not the antivirus.
