A prototype of PSO for Sega Dreamcast has been discovered, dated almost one month before the final release on Japan (November 21, 2000), and it seems to have a ton of differences compared to the final version. The date of the prototype is from November 1st. Might be worth checking out the wiki that has been just published!! Also, my prices are generally 15 pds for a level 200 mag + 10 pds if a ppp mag must be used + the price of the cell used (if any). I do not charge for most cells. However, tellusis and agastya are each 5 pds, and I do not have any d-photon cores and very few liberta kits. I use 1dt=8pds for conversion. I want to buy liberta kits for 5 PDS each and Ultima! cells for 5-8 PDS each.

This... and to make things worse, the effect is used on an armor a FOnewn most probably will never use!

It has been proposed before, and I've even written such things into design notes for armors Ive made (e.g. neutron skin supposed to have same effect as brightness circle), but it's not always so easy to do in practice. We have managed some crazy things before (sacred bow bullets, fire rod / bombchu animation swaps, macho blade s/d level increase from s-red), but don't hold your breath on it. If it does become possible to do I'll def want to go back and add a bunch to random armors (it's criminal that only fonewm can have smoking plate effect).

There will be 2 or 3 rounds. This is only meant to remove all the numbers from players who already won something and decrease the chance of invalid rolls (i.e rolling a winner again). That means you will be attributed new ranges of numbers for every round, as the upper generator bound gets lowered. The order won't change. To make sure the results are not rigged, I will use a Discord Bot (Carl-bot) in order to roll the numbers. Thus the rolls will happen live on Ultima official discord. Of course you don't need to be there at all. Ideally I would like to do it on Saturday 4th at 22:00 GMT but I need the remaining player(s) to pay what they owe. Not going to wait for the last one. It will take place on Saturday 4th at 22:00 GMT Live results will be noted here (as the rolls go on Discord) before I post on forum.
