You can't exchange Nakas until after the event ends. You'll want a christmas present from the next event to name the S-rank anyway

You can find a GM in-game and they'll exchange a s-rank of your choosing for 3 nakas. IIRC you need another nakas if you want a special on that s-rank.

He has been only giving me meseta and monofluids.
