Holy crapcicles man, are you running Windows 10? If you are, my humble advice is to FORMAT C:/ drive and try again with Win 7 Pro or even Win 8.1. The backdoors, shady crap and insidious software that M$ packs in that OS have forever cemented the fact that most likely my next OS will be some flavor of Linux. I also think you've got some serious issues to deal with on your router and/or firewall and how they are configured. Sorry about your problems, but honestly it sounds like this is a major PITA from a combination of your OS, your connection/bandwidth/router/firewall and unfortunate circumstances, mostly from your own preconceived notions I'm afraid.

Well as years pass this team has changed a lot. We’re a group of a few teams now. We’re still quite active. Mostly made up of experienced players or “new” ones interested in learning. About the disconnections, although I don't have any technical details, losing your connection even for just a moment definitely can kick you out. However the items taking quite a bit to be picked up definitely shows something is up.... maybe you are using a VPN or proxy, you have some programs in your PC that consume a lot of bandwidth (skype is known for that) or just someone else in your network taking too much bandwidth. While the game doesn't require a lot of "speed", ping can affect it quite a lot (also if you are not connected to your router via cable and can do it, I'd try that too).

If I were to have actual "evidence" of the account not being registered, then I'd gladly investigate it, but so far I don't have any, also don't you think if the system was "fucked up", every single person trying to register would have the same issue? Most if not all the time someone has issues registering, logging in or similar it has NOT been an issue with our system. The problem (not saying is your fault) with that one, is the fact that when you click on the "forgot password" link in the forum login dialog (picture in the spoiler), you get a popup instead of being redirected to a page (picture in the spoiler) I don't know where you got this link to begin with, but it should have stated that it was for a forum password recovery.

That is the link you get when trying to recover a forum account, there is no point in discussing about that one since the only place it exists (afaik) is in the forum login dialog. I'll see if I can find where that template exists to add a notice, that the page is for a forum password recovery and not for the game (like I did in the registration pages). You'll get nowhere blaming us either, if the account was created, you got your validation email (you need an existing account to get a validation email) and you validated it, this confirms me that it was fine on our end.

Yet you had evidence of shadow banning and accounts deleted for inactivity. Our "systems" could very well have issues but this is not one of them. I could tell you the exact time you registered the account and from where (to prove you that it existed since you created it)... but I guess that's useless since you are fixated in that you couldn't have possibly made a mistake.

This sounds like an absurdly twisted, in-depth plot to mess with your system that goes very far beyond the original assertions you thought we were responsible for...
