There are no One Person Mode quests on Ultima section. That's why it fails to download, there's no data to spool. Nothing to worry much. If there are any Ultima exclusive One Person mode quests, you will find them in Side Story Mode (and the only custom one person quest I can remember right now is Lemon's Shop).
