This it actually wrong. It is rare but happens. I traded my very first PGF for a DM 0/85/0/100/50. Never use a PGF on a Arms that is lower than 50/50|50. It is literally a waste of PGF. You can get that from Restless Lion as pointed by Trigunman.

Alas, the old saying is true; “All good things must come to and end.” I suppose if they didn’t, we may never truly appreciate anything. Because you can’t enjoy the sunny days without some rainy ones. And unfortunately there must be both. I want each of you reading this to know that I have enjoyed every single day I’ve spent on this server and with its community. Thank you to my team who has always pushed me to be my very best. To every customer at the shoppe ran with my brother - We hope the items serve you well and it was our pleasure doing business with you. And we wish each and every single player the very best! I will be leaving on Wednesday. I’ve got some big plans on the horizon. And I will need to see them through to the end. But I just wanted to say that I am truly grateful for every single run or game I’ve been a part of. From the x5 exp seemligly endless CCA grinding, to the TTF farming that eventually ended in a server-first drop of two Red Rings at the same time. Sorry, @Shin is right. 0 removes the boost, 1 enables it back, there is also -1 which removes any experience gain. I have updated the commands page.

I take it you never played on Ephinea then? The whole point of that vanilla server is to level up slowly. They literally have events intended for people to start fresh. IF you really wanna play there so badly, you can go ahead and leave. You aren't gonna be missed here with your whinny attitude. The whole point of PSOBB is to play in teams and hunt stuff, no matter where you go it will always be tough when you do it on your own, here or over there.

Red Ring stats are DFP: 130 (+85) EVP: 212 (+25) But keep in mind that red ring has a 20 boost to all stats so at the end what you see in game is Min Max DFP: +150 +235 EVP: +232 +257

I know this isn't the kind of recommendation you asked for, but you should give Smash Bros Brawl a try. It's the superior Smash Bros with thousands of people still playing it, and it's not as lame and boring as Melee. Oh and i agree with mud about PSO2, it's a pretty good game once you get used to it and a lot of people here play there too. So you might wanna change your name to avoid some of these weirdos, maybe something like O9B067, no one will ever notice ;-)
