My name is Kaneda. I used to play on a sylverant server using PSO PC. The controls were horrible and no one really played the PC version so I came here since the STHTHACK webiste is broken and more people seem to play here. I'm level 44 in this game. Technically I'm playing the 3rd iteration of Kaneda since Kaneda II was destroyed during the rollback. The community for this game is really a bunch of nice people This forum board software is the same to the other forum I browse so I feel right at home with this forum

Use google translate and read carefully. Basicamente hay dos modos de ENB. Modo pantalla completa: Se ve increible en altas resoluciones, dependiendo efecto que pegues en la carpeta donde esta el ejecutable, el unico problema es que carece de motion blur y bloom. Modo ventana: Se ve casi tan bien que en pantalla completa, gracias al motion blur y bloom las animaciones del juego son mas fluidas, el ENB_Config.exe tal cual dice el readme te va ayudar a configurar pso como mas te guste. Efectos: bueno es cuestion de pegar el archivo effect.txt y elegir el que mas nos guste, yo prefiero el FXAA v3, le da unas sombras y sensacion de profundidad a las texturas como ningun otro. Besides using the npc skins that the server offers or remaking the character i don't see any other solutions. ;o; Could try to hide that with a nice skin work?

Try to change blocks and make sure that if somebody else comes with you they have that gov quest unlocked too. On the old days it would fail for some players if you skipped the text too fast, that shouldn't be the case anymore.(did some research)
