If a problem can be caused like this, by people who joined and were added by you, maybe you are adding people too fast without getting to know them. (also im not sure about this, but you have the rank to add people, so can you kick them too?)

for people that want items from bank you need to have bin a member for a month or at least week befor you can get something out ALSO i must trust you and know you befor i lend anything out or cal knows you and that he can trust you seeing how im the only active leader and i invited all but 4 people to team i know you all id like to know who is telling people about team bank also

Yeah, I saw him really been pissed because of that, and the other people responded insulting him even more and trying to make him guilty of "something" i can't really understand about the team bank and helping him gettinh jack o lanterns and about gender (really?), and then telling him he was wrong to be pissed about that and THEN insulting him once again. There is really not much to say in this kind of stuff, but just look at its results.
