The worst class in the game is actually HUnewearl, with the worst RA being RAcaseal and worst FO being... idk depends, FOs can do alot of things.
RAmars and RAmarls have their own human perks; 250 materials and techniques. But they are both more useful than RAcaseal (RAcaseal > RAmarl in a party with a FO, but only just) due to ATP. RAcaseal HAS to rely on a Force, unless you want things going super slow, or having to use too much 45% Demon's; RAcast does not as he has enough ATP.
Due to the humans differing to the CASTs, it's best to compare RAcaseal with her male counterpart: The RAcast.
Let's compare the two.
RAcast advantages
175 more ATP (1450/1275)
74 more HP (2214/2140)
Better Trap Growth (maxes FT at 162)
RAcaseal advantages
7 more ATA (241/234)
82 more DFP (688/606)
88 more EVP (817/729)

Okay. First think about this:
What are the most important stats in PSO?
Now think about this:
Is 7 ATA enough to offset 145 extra ATP (which will also be affected by Shifta, so the gap will become larger), more survival to the deadliest attacks (set HP attacks) and a better trap growth?
Realise that a Ranger can equip Ranger Wall, which gives them an extra 20 ATA, stacking with maximum. This gives RAcast 254 ATA, and RAcaseal 261. If you ask me, 254 is more than enough, especially if you're running around with hit equipment, which you should be on certain weapons (Mechguns, Shot, Frozen Shooter, Heaven Striker, etc.)
Freeze Traps > Confuse Traps. You talk about enemies not hitting you and hitting each other when you drop a Confuse Trap.
Drop a Freeze Trap and they won't attack you and have lower EVP so you can connect hits easier. Freeze Traps take the cake, as they allow you to hit nearly anything with maximum ATA and enough hit on your weapons, and this applies to RAcaseal too.
DFP and EVP are near-useless stats, really, if you have to sacrifice your offense. In PSO, everything is offense. Everything dies quickly. Anyone's who played with me will realise this. I don't get hit that often (except when something goes wrong, which does happen, even to the best of people), and things die quickly since I don't sacrifice my ATP for DFP. 606 DFP is plenty, really, with just a Black Hound Cuirass (+300DFP) and 30Deband. Jellen isn't even needed, especially if you possess a Red Ring, which is an easy hunt here.
RAcast can take an extra Baranz Missile, he can tank Desert Yowies with 2 H/HPs (+V101/V502), etc. etc. His extra HP is really useful, even if it only seems to be a little bit.
You may seem to 'miss' more on a RAcast, but you won't hit much more on a RAcaseal, and on a RAcast, you can still kill in the same amount of attempted hits than a RAcaseal as his ATP will allow him to miss once or twice with something like Sacrifical Mechguns.
And yes, everything does come down to your experience, but playing a RAcast over a RAcaseal gives you a much higher potential as a RAcaseal will limit you at some point. For example, if you are TA'ing, RAcaseal has the problem of not being able to combo kill/chain enemies, where a RAcast would easily.
It isn't impossible to do things on a RAcaseal, it's just alot damn slower than a RAcast.
Infact, we've cleared (well, almost) Realms of War using 2 RAcaseals, a RAcast and a FOnewm. If you can play well, you can do things, but of course, if we used RAcasts for Realms of War, we probably would complete.
